POSITION Weekend Ultrasound Technologist

JOB OVERVIEW

DREAM Fertility / Oshawa Clinic Group is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team in Whitby. This position will primarily support fertility-related imaging and requires robust technical skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform high-quality pelvic and fertility-related ultrasound examinations
Prepare and support patients throughout their ultrasound appointments
Obtain accurate diagnostic images and measurements
Operate ultrasound equipment safely and effectively
Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to privacy and infection-control requirements
Work collaboratively with physicians and the healthcare team to support quality patient care
Maintain skilled standards and comply with applicable regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

· Successful completion of an accredited Ultrasound/Sonography program





· Current registration in good standing with the College of Radiation and Imaging Technologist of Ontario (CMRITO)

· Must be skilled in pelvic ultrasound

· Fertility experience is an asset

· Experience with OB/GYN or fertility ultrasound is an asset

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a healthcare team

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient-centered care

· Knowledge of patient privacy and confidentiality requirements

Schedule

Typical hours are 7:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m. on weekends, with occasional schedule adjustments based on operational needs.

Compensation

$57.00 per hour.
