Responsibilities
Safely remove and install tires using hand tools and power tools, ensuring proper fitment and alignment
Conduct tire inspections to identify wear patterns, punctures, or other damages requiring repair or replacement
Perform wheel balancing, rotation, and alignment services to optimize vehicle performance
Assist customers by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and recommended services with a friendly attitude
Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues related to tires and related automotive components




Lift heavy tires and equipment safely during installation or removal tasks, adhering to safety protocols
Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use

Experience
Previous dealership or automotive repair shop experience preferred but not required; on-the-job training available
Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, especially tires and wheels
Experience using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, tire irons, and power tools like impact wrenches
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods
Familiarity with automotive maintenance procedures and basic sales techniques is a plus
