Helpers – Underground Diamond Drilling

Corexplore Drilling Services Corporation., is seeking experienced and motivated Drilling Helpers to support our underground diamond drilling operations. This is a long-term opportunity for individuals who thrive in physically demanding environments and are committed to safety and teamwork.

Target Start Date and Duration: The positions are long term and available immediately.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Drilling Helper, you will support secure and efficient drilling operations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Complete a pre-operational checklist for the equipment at the start of every shift
Assist the operator in the lowering and pulling of drill rods
Prepare core recovered during shift for delivery to the client ensuring that it well-placed, labeled and uncontaminated
Prepare core tube assemblies between runs
Assist with moves,



set-ups and tear downs of drill set-ups
Clean and store equipment, tools, spare parts and materials in its proper place
Keep a neat and orderly worksite, free of garbage and tripping hazards

Required Training and Qualifications

· WHMIS 2015

· Working at Heights Training

· Valid First Aid and CPR

· Underground Diamond Drilling Common Core (or equivalent)

· Minimum of 1 year experience as a Helper on Underground core drill rigs.

· Valid Driver’s License

· Pre-Access Medical, Drug and Alcohol Testing

· Criminal Record Check
