Plumbs Up Plumbing & Drains is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Position Details:
Part-Time Hours (including evening & weekends )
Hybrid Potential – Work from home & in-office flexibility

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
Book service appointments accurately
Provide exceptional customer service
Maintain clear communication with field staff
Manage scheduling adjustments as needed

Qualifications:




Minimum 2–3 years experience booking calls (dispatching an asset)
Robust customer service and communication skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
ServiceTitan experience is an asset
Positive attitude and team mindset
