Prairie North Construction is recruiting Day & Night Shift for Labourers for a Civil Construction Project near Fort Mc Murray, Ab.
LOA Provided Must Find Own Accommodations

Details:

This is a project-based position, schedule to be determined 12 hr shifts Day & Night Shifts

Local Preferred and or Must find own accommodations LOA Provided

Positions Needed: Labourers

This position will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to:

Duties Include

Labours
Installation of silt fence and geotextiles.
Hand raking granular materials
Experience working with Gabion Baskets (Retaining Wall)
Installation of silt fence and geotextiles
Experience working around Heavy Equipment.
Able to Lift 50lbs
Shoveling Equipment tracks.
Cleaning up Construction Site
Knowledge of earthworks and road construction etc.
Ability to work as a team and take direction.
Follow directions from Foreman/Supervisor




Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications:
Possess 1+ year’s experience
Capable of physical Labour
Dress appropriately for all weather conditions.
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to work long hours
Punctuality and reliability are critical for this role
Must pass a competency assessment on specified equipment
Must have own CSA approved steeled toed safety boots above ankle height
Must have Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
Must have own reliable transportation
