The Accurate Technology Group is seeking a skilled Service Technician / Systems Integrator to join our team. This role focuses on the installation, programming, servicing, and troubleshooting of integrated automation, audio/video, surveillance, and security systems in both residential and commercial settings.

This position offers the prospect to work on a wide variety of integrated technology systems, rather than repetitive single-product installations.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Control4 automation systems
Program and service security systems, primarily Honeywell and DSC equipment
Install and service distributed audio and AV systems
Configure and troubleshoot IP and analog surveillance camera systems (CCTV)
Perform diagnostics, upgrades, and service calls for existing systems
Work with integrated systems involving automation, networking, AV, and security
Provide professional on-site customer service and system support

Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years experience in low-voltage systems, AV integration, or security systems
Experience working with Control4 systems (certification required)




Strong troubleshooting and system integration skills
Knowledge of alarm systems, AV distribution, and surveillance systems
Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, routers, switches)
Ability to work independently and manage service calls
Valid driver’s license
Must have own vehicle
Must provide a clean Criminal Backgroud Check

Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Overtime as Required

Salary: $25.00 to $40.00 per hour (Salary to be negotiated)
