North 42 Degrees Estate Winery is looking for an experienced and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. We are a busy estate winery and restaurant known for fresh, locally inspired cuisine that complements our award-winning wines. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items consistently according to recipes and presentation standards.
Set up and maintain your station for service.
Work efficiently during busy lunch, dinner, and event services.
Ensure food quality, portioning, and plating meet North 42's standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
Follow all food safety and health regulations.
Assist with prep, inventory, and kitchen closing duties as needed.
Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow kitchen team members.

Qualifications
2+ years of line cook experience in a professional kitchen (restaurant, winery, or similar environment preferred).
Strong understanding of cooking techniques, timing, and station management.
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced service.




Positive attitude and solid work ethic.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
Food Handler Certification is an asset.
