Maximize your impact as a part time Registered Nurse in Acute Rehabilitation. Engage in direct patient care, assessments, and collaborative planning in a rewarding setting. As part of the rehabilitation team, this role focuses on assessing patients’ needs and coordinating comprehensive care plans in an acute care workplace.
Working collaboratively with families and the interprofessional team, you will ensure effective health management in a nurturing environment. This position is set to last until July 2027 or until the return of the current nurse, providing valuable experiences for enhancing patient care. Key Responsibilities:
Carry out detailed patient assessments and interventions
Collaborate with families for personalized care plans
Prioritize and coordinate patient nursing care
Participate in quality improvement and research initiatives
Mentor new nursing staff and provide support Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
Active registered status with BCCNM
One year of recent related acute care experience
Solid teaching and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in an interprofessional setting Enhance patient care in rehabilitation with your clinical skills, fostering recovery and well-being through dedicated nursing practice.
