Responsibilities

Oversee restaurant operations related to food service, including timing, plating, and delivery of orders
Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to ensure smooth kitchen workflow
Uphold food safety standards by adhering to sanitation protocols and conducting regular cleanliness checks
Collaborate with restaurant management on menu development, special events,



and customer feedback

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant service settings
Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively
Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations within the food industry
Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team management and restaurant operations
Familiarity with kitchen equipment, food industry trends, and hospitality best practices
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in bartending or serving is a plus, demonstrating versatility within the hospitality sector
