We are seeking a dynamic and passionate to join our team as a Barber/Stylist and Customer Service Specialist. Responsibilities
Provide professional hair styling services tailored to each client’s preferences, including cuts/shaves
Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs, offering expert advice, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations
Engage in retail sales by recommending hair care products and upselling additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
Manage front desk duties such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and answering phone inquiries efficiently




Foster clear communication with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations and personalized service delivery
Assist in maintaining the overall salon setting, including organizing supplies and supporting team members as needed

Experience
Previous experience in hair styling or cosmetology is preferred but not mandatory; a solid willingness to learn is highly valued
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly and professional manner
Knowledge of sanitation procedures relevant to salon environments
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
Experience in retail sales or upselling techniques is a plus
Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $17.60-$39.47 per hour
