We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our energetic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Previous kitchen experience is preferred, along with a strong understanding of food handling and safety standards. As a vital member of our kitchen staff, you will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests through excellent meal preparation and food presentation.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Serve dishes promptly and efficiently to ensure timely delivery to guests




Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours

Requirements
Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced setting
Robust teamwork, communication skills, and attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, evenings and holidays
A genuine passion for the food industry and delivering excellent customer service
