Seasonal position- Part time

Rapid paced restaurant seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide friendly and productive service
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
Upsell products and promote special offers or discounts
Great communication with kitchen staff.
Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Skills:
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Sales skills to effectively promote products and upsell to customers




Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
Knowledge of technology products for effective sales assistance
Proficient in English for explicit communication with customers and team members
Cashiering experience with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Basic math skills for calculating totals, discounts, and change

This position also comes with food prep responsibilities, basic knife skills are an asset.

Job schedule- Fridays.saturdays and sundays
