What You’ll Do
Contact customers/debtors to arrange payment and negotiate solutions
Monitor accounts and track payment progress
Resolve billing and collection issues professionally and efficiently
Act as the first point of contact for basic inquiries
Maintain accurate account notes and documentation
Use online tools/skip tracing to locate customers with outdated contact information
Update accounts with new information and next steps
Achieve individual and team collection targets

What You Bring




Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a rapid‑paced, target‑driven environment
Comfort using technology and online search tools
Collections or call‑centre experience is an asset
