Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating high-quality coffee and beverages. This role requires a friendly demeanor, robust multitasking skills, and a solid understanding of food safety and handling procedures. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing drinks, managing transactions, and ensuring a welcoming setting for all customers.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and consistency
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate cash handling and transactions
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries professionally
Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling food items and maintaining cleanliness in the food prep area
Manage cashier duties including cash handling, basic math calculations, and processing payments efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station in accordance with food safety standards
Ensure adherence to food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures




Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed
Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail

Requirements
Proven Barista experience with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS preferred
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to perform cashiering, including cash handling and basic math skills accurately
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in serving or food preparation roles is preferred
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail

Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour
