Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable siding installer to join the OXE Team.

This role involves installing various types of siding on primarily residential homes, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in construction and carpentry, with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
Measure, cut, and install siding materials (Vinyl, LP, James Hardie)
Use hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers, and levels to complete installations
Perform moderately heavy lifting of siding boxes/panels and related materials safely and efficiently
Apply caulking around seams and joints to ensure weatherproofing and durability




Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a protected work workplace
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Experience
Prior experience with siding installation or exterior construction preferred
Strong knowledge of hand tools, construction practices, and carpentry techniques
Handyman experience or general construction background is a plus
Experience with caulking, sealing, and finishing exterior surfaces is advantageous

This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and possess the necessary skills to contribute effectively to our construction projects.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
