This full time role requires an analytical mindset to evaluate compensation structures, develop effective incentive programs, and administer benefits while ensuring compliance with regulations. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to improving worker experiences and implementing best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administration of all compensation initiatives
Analyze pay equity internally and align with market standards
Create and track effectiveness of incentive compensation plans
Administer team member benefits and coordinate renewals
