Conduct regular performance and career conversations, providing timely feedback that supports individual growth and business outcomes.
Lead succession planning and knowledge retention efforts, identifying critical expertise, talent risks, and development opportunities.
Collaborate with leaders across Canadian Delivery to proactively anticipate talent needs and ensure the chapter is positioned to support current and future demand.

Requirements - Proven people management experience, including coaching, performance management, career development, engagement, and support for team well-being.
Solid stakeholder partnership and delivery leadership skills, with experience aligning team members to business priorities and outcomes.
Experience with workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, talent allocation, and supporting teams through change.




Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across leadership levels and teams.
Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only as the position reports to a unilingual English-speaking manager outside Quebec.
