Responsibilities
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment across job sites or work areas
Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary tools and supplies
Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, holding materials, or performing basic tasks as directed
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work workplace for all team members
Operate basic machinery or equipment when trained and certified to do so
Perform routine maintenance tasks on tools and equipment to ensure optimal functioning




Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Experience
Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
Robust attention to safety procedures and willingness to adhere to all safety guidelines
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude towards teamwork

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
