Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features clearly to customers
Utilize merchandising techniques to create attractive displays that boost sales
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
Upsell complementary products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales volume
Maintain organized shelves, ensure proper stock levels, and replenish merchandise as needed
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience




Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently
Use phone etiquette skills to communicate product information or assist customers remotely when necessary

Experience
Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers
Robust communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Experience with technology sales or product demos is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in quick-paced environments
Familiarity with merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and customer service best practices
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining organization and professionalism
