Key Responsibilities:
Manage ocean freight shipments from booking to delivery
Prepare Air Waybills and relevant shipping documentation
Engage with customers and agents for shipment tracking
Obtain competitive freight rates from service providers
Assist in resolving shipping-related issues promptly
Requirements:
Three or more years in logistics or freight forwarding
