In this role, you will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and focus on all aspects of manufacturing equipment maintenance. A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a licensed Electrician is required, along with a passion for training team members on equipment functionality and safety procedures.

Your troubleshooting skills, specifically with PLCs, will be vital for optimizing equipment and addressing performance issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the maintenance of plant electrical components
Respond proactively to equipment breakdowns




Train team members on procedures and equipment usage
Analyze problems for root cause solutions
Maintain compliance with ISO and quality standards

Requirements:
Must have a valid 442a or 309 electricians license
Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing setting
Proficient in troubleshooting industrial machines
Solid ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs preferred
