Canada Life, in collaboration with IPC, is seeking a Client Experience Specialist in Canada. You will be the frontline voice for clients, coordinating meetings, handling inquiries, and ensuring accurate documentation with the advisors and team.

The role requires MFDA/IIROC licensing or willingness to complete licencing. Robust communication, organization, and Office365 proficiency are essential for delivering excellent client service and supporting retention and growth.
