Dnaagdawenmag Binnoojiiyag Child & Family Services seeks a motivated Supervisor with experience in Indigenous child welfare. You will champion a holistic approach, applying trauma-informed and strengths-based practices while coordinating referrals and assessments. This role is critical for empowering children, youth, and families through culturally relevant services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a service delivery team with a cultural lens • Monitor caseloads ensuring accuracy and compliance • Conduct team meetings promoting collaboration and learning • Engage actively in community and agency meetings • Support career development through training initiatives
Requirements: • Master’s Degree in Social Work or equivalent • Minimum three years’ experience with Indigenous communities • Strong knowledge of the Child and Youth Family Services Act • Proven experience in social work and case management • Commitment to cultural safety and anti-oppressive practices
