In this position, reporting to the Director, you'll be vital in coordinating risk identification and management initiatives across the organization. You will facilitate key stakeholder relationships, manage risk reporting, and oversee incident analyses to drive operational excellence. Emphasizing data analytics will enhance our reporting capabilities to the board of directors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and continually assess operational risks and issues
• Manage the incident escalation procedures and causative analyses
• Drive enhancement of risk methodologies and compliance policies




• Support enterprise risk reporting through data gathering and analysis
• Collaborate with compliance and audit teams to streamline processes

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Risk or Compliance
• Proven analytical skills for stakeholder reporting
• Robust written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GRC tools
• Capable in managing multiple priorities effectively
