Pay Range: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour. Job Type: Full-Time Contract.

Responsibilities

Helping children with various degrees of need in the learning workplace.

Planning and implementing programming based on the needs of the child supported by a certificated teacher.

Effectively communicating and building a relationship with children and families.

Collaboration with a team.

Writing an IPP, tracking and planning forms as well as parent communication.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience working in the childcare field or with children who have diverse learning or developmental delays.

Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

Access to a reliable vehicle and a driver's license.

Must meet province requirements for childcare employment.

Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR.

Current immunization and health assessment as per local Minister of Health Requirements.
