Simon Fraser University is seeking a Residence & Housing technician to respond to tenant inquiries, process maintenance reports, and perform scheduled inspections of student residence buildings and equipment. The role coordinates repairs, pest control, cleaning issues, and manages work orders in SFU's Residence & Housing system. The position requires basic building systems knowledge, 2 years of experience, and the ability to coordinate with contracted staff.
