Become a vital part of Sienna Senior Living as a Learning & Development Coordinator in Markham. Support training initiatives through scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communication to enhance learning experiences.

In this in office role, you will report to the Manager, Learning & Development, and play a key role in executing training logistics across the organization. With a focus on effective coordination, you will manage both virtual and in-person sessions, maintain records in the Learning Management System, and assist in feedback collection to improve programs for all team members.

Key Responsibilities:



• Schedule training sessions and manage logistical details • Communicate with participants and facilitators effectively • Prepare and distribute training materials and aids • Maintain LMS records, tracking completions and participation • Assist in monitoring program timelines and updates

Requirements: • Post-secondary degree/diploma in relevant fields • 2 years of experience in Learning & Development support • Completion of Adult Learning Certificate is desirable • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite tools • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
