You will manage comprehensive nursing care for patients in a highly supportive setting, emphasizing gradual rehabilitation for complex conditions. This role requires excellent clinical skills, the ability to educate patients and families about rehabilitation concepts, and participation in inter-qualified care planning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accept patient assignments as needed
• Plan and coordinate nursing care with interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients, families, and community providers




• Provide leadership and mentorship to recent staff
• Ensure compliance with patient safety and hospital policies

Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Preferred experience in Low Tolerance Long Duration rehabilitation
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred
• Certification in gerontology or rehab nursing preferred
• Solid communication and leadership skills
