Napoleon in Barrie, Ontario is seeking a Senior Millwright to join our advanced manufacturing team. You will install, maintain and repair CNC machinery, PLC-controlled systems, and robotics within a highly automated fabrication facility.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years post-certification in a rapid-paced workplace, solid mechanical and electrical aptitude, and proven leadership ability to coach apprentices and junior technicians while maintaining safety and productivity.
