TradeBridge Talent Group Incorporated is recruiting experienced Traveling Construction Superintendents for construction opportunities across Western Canada.

We are particularly interested in professionals who are comfortable working in Manitoba and remote project environments, including projects serving Indigenous communities.

This opportunity is suited to experienced construction leaders who can step into challenging project environments, lead site operations and work effectively with crews, subcontractors, clients and community stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, Senior Superintendent or similar leadership role

• Solid construction site leadership experience

• Ability to travel and work across Western Canada

• Experience working in remote or isolated project locations

• Familiarity working on projects involving Indigenous communities

• Solid understanding of site safety, quality and productivity

• Ability to coordinate crews, subcontractors and day to day site activities





• Strong communication and problem solving skills

• Ability to work independently in demanding project settings

• Willingness to travel for extended project assignments

A significant number of current opportunities are located in Manitoba, with additional projects across Western Canada.
