Join Open Door Group as a People & Culture Business Partner in Edmonton, Alberta, and leverage your strategic HR expertise. This full time role focuses on fostering organizational performance to enhance service delivery across communities.

As a trusted advisor, you will partner with leaders to navigate complex workforce challenges and develop effective HR strategies. This role requires a solid understanding of organizational design, employee relations, and workforce planning. Your insights will help align workforce strategies with the organization’s mission and support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build trusted partnerships with management across Alberta
• Provide strategic HR advice for organizational performance
• Identify workforce trends and risks affecting service delivery




• Support leaders in informed decision-making through coaching
• Connect operational needs with long-term strategic priorities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Five years of progressive HR experience in advisory roles
• Experience with employee relations and organizational change
• Knowledge of employment legislation
• Willingness to travel and maintain flexible schedule
