Support operations with Natural Factors as a Full-Time On Call Operations Assistant based in Coquitlam, BC. This role offers night shifts and wide-ranging responsibilities to develop your career.

Natural Factors is looking for motivated individuals to fill Operations Assistant positions on an on-call basis. Ideal candidates are adaptable and can work in diverse roles to meet business needs. Shifts are scheduled from 10:15 PM to 6:15 AM, Sunday to Thursday, across both Coquitlam and Burnaby.

Key Responsibilities:
• Move and manage materials between warehouse and production
• Assist with packing and verification of outgoing orders
• Perform quality checks and maintain safety standards




• Help with line setup and cleaning activities
• Report equipment issues and maintain warehouse organization

Requirements:
• Must be flexible for various assignments in many departments
• Experience in production or warehouse settings preferred
• Strong commitment to quality and teamwork
• Willingness to take on current tasks and challenges
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
