Horizon Aircraft is seeking an open and enthusiastic Human Resources Coordinator / Recruiter to support recruiting and HR operations. This role focuses on early-stage recruiting, co‑op program relationships, and keeping HR policies clearly communicated across the organization.
Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, able to work remotely across time zones, and comfortable handling multiple hats in a rapid-paced, family-like, aerospace workplace.
