Key Responsibilities: • Support clients in developing job readiness and life skills • Ensure safety and cleanliness of the home • Prepare and cook meals for youth residents • Document activities and client progress accurately • Provide guidance during crises and manage daily operations
Requirements: • Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Drivers Licence essential • Familiarity with indigenous culture and youth issues • Strong administrative and organizational abilities • Compassionate, positive, and professional demeanor • Aptitude for teamwork and independent work
