Niagara Parks Commission is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to support managers and employees on collective agreements, policies, and disability management.

The role covers grievance administration, workplace investigations, accommodation coordination, and WSIB claims, reporting to the Senior Manager, Human Resources. The ideal candidate has CHRP and 3–5 years in a unionized setting, with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
