Barnswallow Place Community in Elmira, ON is seeking a Dietitian as an independent contractor to provide expert nutrition leadership, plan and direct individualized nutrition care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support resident well-being.

You will conduct assessments, reassessments, and evidence-based interventions, develop therapeutic menus, educate residents and families, and ensure secure, personalized nutrition that upholds dignity and quality of life.
