Key Responsibilities:
• Solicit supplier quotations for materials and equipment
• Prepare accurate estimates based on quantity take-offs
• Recommend cost scenarios based on analysis
• Quantify all aspects of tender documents
• Advise on cost and schedule fluctuations

Requirements:
• 8+ years as an estimator in ICI construction
• Eligible for or attained PQS, CET, or P. Eng designation
• Experience with estimating software like On-screen Takeoff
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
