Haywood is currently recruiting a

Settlements Administrator

to join its team. Reporting to the Team Lead, Settlements, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their commitment to providing exceptional client service, attention to detail and a willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges as they arise. Responsibilities include:

Communicate,



administer and process CDS buy ins Prepare and review Short sale reporting Manage Lending & Borrowing desk functions using Loanet Reconcile & balance control accounts daily Daily reviewing and completion of Seg Reporting Back up to USD Settlements Administrator Complete General administrative duties as required Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience with securities settlement including settlement of Canadian, U.S., and foreign trades Daily hours begin at 6:00am Strong ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and deadlines Professional demeanor in all forms of interpersonal communications; Proactive approach to job responsibilities Flexible personality to take on new challenges as they arise Complete tasks with minimal direction/supervision Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications Experience with Dataphile Desktop, DTC, CDS, Arrow and Loanet applications is a definite asset Why Haywood

$55,000 to $65,000 Schedule:
