MNP is seeking a Senior Accountant with a robust background in business administration or accounting. This role demands at least three years of meaningful experience, exceptional financial acumen, and the ability to build relationships effectively. You will deliver personalized support for accounting systems, promoting growth and financial literacy among clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client accounting systems for tailored initiatives
• Develop strategic plans for growth and capacity development




• Support external financing and system implementations
• Train clients in accounting functions and audit prep
• Prepare finance policies and assess amendments needed

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Business Administration or Accounting
• Preferred CPA designation
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• Robust knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience with Indigenous communities is a plus
