We need another self-confident goal-oriented person to join our dynamic sales team in Toronto.
Alertdriving® has been the innovative leader in the global driver risk management space for almost 25 years. Its world-class enterprise technology platform, FleetDefense®, is used by many of the biggest and brightest companies on the planet.
The ideal candidate will be a quick study regarding our products, markets, and sales process because they understand developing a solid working knowledge of these core elements is an investment in their career development and prosperity. After completing our high-impact training curriculum, this individual will know how to focus on what is important to keep the process moving forward and have the confidence and tools to proactively overcome the obstacles and challenges encountered selling technology to large complex organizations.
This role is 4 days a week in the office, with Fridays as WFH. The office is located at 12 Concorde Place, Toronto, ON.
Salary Range
Base salary; $70,000-$100,000 per annum; Year 1 Bonus: $10,000 per quarter, based on key metric achievement + commission
Key Responsibilities and Skills
Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
Comfortable solving problems autonomously within set guidelines and parameters.
Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
Building relationships with customer champions and sponsors across numerous diverse industries and having a friendly, lively, and persuasive presentation style and skillset.
Job Characteristics
Hunting for enterprise-level net new opportunities and executing on win-back strategies.
Guiding opportunities through a sophisticated customer-centric sales process.
Sales cycle management including prospecting, qualifying, demos and building a business case.
Coordinating input from internal subject matter experts to help build the optimal solution for each prospect.
Effectively explaining the complexities of a solution in easy-to-understand terms.
The ability to plan, prioritize and work independently and collaboratively on multiple opportunities.
Close working relationship with your sales leader and senior management.
Cold calling potential prospects.
Helpful Experience
A willingness and enthusiasm to learn new things fueled by inherent curiosity.
Understanding how to build and leverage relationships to get things done.
A track record of developing and maintaining product knowledge and subject matter expertise.
