Key Responsibilities:
• Encourage children to explore and learn independently
• Collaborate in developing and executing lesson plans
• Create and implement tailored learning activities




• Supervise classroom dynamics and maintain a safe atmosphere
• Communicate regularly with the Director regarding student progress

Requirements:
• Minimum of one year experience working with children
• Early Childhood Certification - ECE Level 1/2
• First Aid Certificate (may be obtained post-hire)
• Recent Criminal Record Check needed
• Knowledge of Reggio-inspired or Montessori education is valuable
