This position requires a Project Manager with at least five years of experience to drive key initiatives within the Clinical Applications Program. You will manage complex projects involving UHN’s Epic Health Information System, emphasizing surgical data quality, scheduling solutions, and eReferral system integrations. Building strong relationships with a range of stakeholders is crucial for executing successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create project charters, plans, and schedules collaboratively
• Manage project budgets and documentation effectively




• Deliver consistent progress reports to stakeholders
• Drive organizational change through effective communication
• Coach and support project teams to achieve goals
Requirements:
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Undergraduate degree in relevant fields required
• Solid communication and analytical skills
• Knowledge of healthcare information systems an asset
• PMP certification or equivalent is mandatory
