Gorgias is seeking a Customer Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding for a portfolio of ecommerce merchants. You will conduct discovery, tailor configurations, and guide activation of Helpdesk and AI Agent to maximize value from day one.
You will partner with customers and internal teams to accelerate adoption, demonstrate business impact, and manage integrations across their ecommerce tech stack.
