Vortex Freight Systems is searching for a proactive Capacity Manager to enhance logistics operations. With responsibilities that span managing the capacity team, monitoring load volumes, and coordinating with dispatch and warehouse teams, this role is crucial for meeting service and cost targets. You will act as a vital link between carrier partners and planning resources to drive continuous improvement in service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the capacity team for optimal logistics efficiency
• Monitor daily load volumes and carrier availability




• Support load planning by securing transportation capacity
• Track carrier performance for service enhancements
• Provide feedback and assist in current carrier onboarding

Requirements:
• 1–3 years in logistics or transportation, ideally in 3PL
• Familiarity with load planning and TMS
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and logistics software
• Robust communication and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is an asset
