and product knowledge—including benefits and promotions—to increase recommendations and sales (with guidance from the client and approval from store managers).Build brand awareness and affinity by actively engaging with pet parents and their pets in store and at events.Delight customers by sharing pet health and nutrition information and making personalized product recommendations.Set up demos and displays as required.Maintain and leverage client‑provided materials, such as equipment and handouts, to engage associates and pet parents.Support recommendations driving special projects as required.QualificationsEnthusiastic pet lover who cares about pet health and nutrition.Access to reliable transportation to travel between multiple stores.Access to a smart device for reporting.Experience working with pets (preferred, not required).Education in a pet‑related field (RVT, AHT, BSc, MSc) is preferred, not required.Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.Must be 18 years or older.Acosta Group is an equal‑prospect employer.
