The role supports planning improvements, grower engagement, and a rolling 5-year capacity plan across multiple plants and hatcheries.
The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in a related field, 7+ years in manufacturing (CPG preferred), and expertise in ERP systems plus Power BI. Travel may be required.
