Support the Wahkohtowin Law and Governance Lodge as an Executive Coordinator in Edmonton. This in-person role requires a blend of solid administrative skills and team-oriented teamwork.

As part of the WLGL, the Executive Coordinator will play a critical role in coordinating schedules, events, and communications to help maintain productive operations. The individual in this role must demonstrate exceptional organizational capabilities while engaging positively with team members and community partners. Your role will impact the Lodge’s daily functioning significantly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars, meetings, and travel logistics
• Coordinate events and community engagement activities
• Handle inquiries and support communication efforts




• Assist with financial and administrative tasks
• Maintain effective office operations through supply management

Requirements:
• Five years of experience in executive coordination
• Proven organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent proofreading and communication abilities
• Experience with diverse communities and relations
• Ability to manage sensitive information discreetly
