MacDonald Search Group is representing a BC-based consumer goods manufacturer seeking a Director of Finance to lead the accounting and finance team from a strategic perspective.
This role oversees financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, cost accounting, and internal controls, with ERP experience (Sage preferred) and a CPA designation; 8+ years in manufacturing/CPG finance are expected. Hybrid/work from home options are available, with a CAD 125,000–150,000 salary range.
