Experience administering enterprise database environments including SQL Server, Oracle, and/or DB2.
Robust knowledge of database backup/recovery, performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Experience supporting high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.
Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux (RHEL), and/or Mainframe environments.
Experience with database security, access controls, and operational best practices.
Familiarity with ITIL processes, incident management, change management, and release management.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
