ConeTec is seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations qualified for a 6-month contract to cover parental leave and support a period of high HR activity. You will report to the VP, HR and ensure smooth delivery of core HR operations while assisting priority initiatives.
You will collaborate with the HR team across compensation, perks, change management and system improvements, including BambooHR, eNPS, and audits, to maintain continuity and deliver timely insights during the coverage period.
